BioTalks-with-the-Wind was an NPC character I had for a Garou table-top game many years ago. Just after the release of 2nd ed, for those that count. He, in the esteemed tradition of NPCs everywhere, is a character that is soooo not safe for PC play. Old, opinionated, ranked, crotchety, seen too many cubs over the years to be easily surprised. Plus a Ritemaster for his Sept, so a Personage of Influence. He has achieved writers-ghost status in my head, so he offers opinions of anything Garou-like I run into.
